    West Central Illinois Legal Assistance

    Offers free legal assistance to meet people’s needs. Includes a variety of services, such as, civil rights, consumer, criminal, divorce, education, elder, employment, family, health care, public benefits, and real estate law.

    Willowglen Academy

    Provides services for individuals who have intellectual and/or mental health, and developmental disabilities-ages 6yrs to adults. Services include: children’s residential services, learning center, community integrated living arrangements (CILA), and developmental training programs.

    Woman Infant Children – WIC – DeKalb County Health Dept

    A nutritional program for pregnant women and children under the age of five years.

    Woman Infant Children Program – WIC – South 8th

    WIC provides nutritious supplemental foods, nutritious education, and referrals to other health and social care services. Must live in Winnebago county, meet federal income guidelines, be pregnant or breastfeeding, or infants and children up to the ages of 5.

    WIC provides nutritious supplemental foods, nutritious education, and referrals to other health and social care services. Must live in Winnebago county, meet federal income guidelines, be pregnant or breastfeeding, or infants and children up to the ages of 5.

    WIC provides nutritious supplemental foods, nutritious education, and referrals to other health and social care services. Must live in Winnebago county, meet federal income guidelines, be pregnant or breastfeeding, or infants and children up to the ages of 5.

    Workforce Connection

    Offers youth job training and summer jobs for youth.

    Workforce Employment Program

    Oversees the workforce connection which a partnership of employment and training programs providing workforce development services for area businesses, job seekers and students.
