Serves adults with developmental disabilities, such as mental retardation, Down’s Syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism. Services include: sheltered workshop, vocational training, developmental training program, supported employment, community employment, supported living, and residential facilities.
Rehabilitation services for people with disabilities: Job placment, supported employment, developmental training, recreation, and residential.
Hospital, medical support groups and classes for various health issues ranging from childcare to cancer, diabetes, cholesterol control, and insurance advice. Free classes but registration is required.
Provides independent living or sheltered care, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, community fitness program, nursing care services, programs for people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and hospice and respite care.
Community Center. No residency Requirement. Open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Outpatient substance abuse treatment services for people of all ages.
A nursing facility offering short term rehabilitation or long term stays.
Offers a variety of legal services that meet basic human needs such as protection, access to medical assistance, subsistence income, and affordable housing.
Provides one time prescription assistance limited to $50 a non-narcotic.

Counseling for child/teen victims of domestic violence
Provides patients with companion and housekeeping services, hospital support and care, medication reminders, new baby care and support, personal care and support, post hospitalization care and support, remote monitoring support, respite care, skilled nursing, and suport and care in assisted living facilities.
