    Bridge Clinic

    Free limited medical care every Sat 10am to 2pm to those underinsured. Ages 18 and older.

    Bureau of Blind Services

    Vocational Rehabilitation, Community-based instructional Program, Illinois Center for Rehabilitation and Education-Wood, Business Enterprise Program for the Blind.

    Business & Industrial Development Center – Kishwaulkee Community College

    Assistance is offered for business start-up, business plans, loan sources, management, marketing, cash flow, accounting, and taxes. Also provides in-service training and retraining for employment in private and public companies.

    BVRH Therapeutic Riding Program

    Provides therapeutic horsemanship lessons and hippotherapy in a heated indoor arena for people with physical, emotional, or mental disabilities. Sessions are 4 times/a year, and last 10 weeks. Each class is one hour.

    Camelot Community Care

    A non-for-profit organization that provides therapeutic foster care, 24 hours crisis intervention counseling services for youth and families, on going foster parent training, and other services.

    Camelot of Illionis – Dekalb

    Special education program that helps children with social/emotional disorders, psychiatric disabilities, and behavioral disorders with therapy and academic instruction.

    Camp Big Sky

    Accessible outdoor recreation activities including; fishing, boating, camping, hiking, and games.

    Job readiness; job skills training, coaching, & mentoring.

    Coordinates child abuse and serious physical abuse cases.

    CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates

    Case advocates work as guardian adlitem for children as they proceed through juvenile abuse/neglect court process.

    Catholic Charities – Rockford

    Counseling. Medical card accepted.

    Provides counseling services, a crisis pregnancy program, adoption services, foster care, parenting education, school counseling, services for people who speak Spanish, emergency services for those who are need of food, clothing, housing, and employment, long term care services for the elderly, services to new immigrants and refugees, and physician referral services.
