    Provides the community with petunia plants, promotes interests in gardening, horticulture, floral and landscape design, and interests in plants and birds. They are also involved with projects concerning conservation of natural resources.

    Dixon Family YMCA

    Provides athletic and recreation programs for youths and adults, as well as child care. Financial assistance is accepted if anyone is unable to pay the required fee.

    Dixon Food Pantry

    Provides food for needy families.

    Dixon Habitat for Humanity

    Christian ministry and volunteers who build affordable houses for needy families who are poor, have been victims of natural disasters, civil unrest, or are homeless.

    Dixon Junior Tackle Football

    Offers a youth football program.

    Dixon Park District

    Maintains over 25 areas and offers a wide variety of sports programs and activities, provides bicycle, hiking, and horse trails, playgrounds, shelters, boat ramps and docks, nature centers, and dog parks.

    Dixon Wrestling Club

    Provides a wrestling program to elementary and middle school children and teaches the basic elements of wrestling

    Dodge Lanes

    Has twenty-four lanes, automatic scoring, adult, junior and mixed leagues, and open bowling. Also includes birthday parties, video games, darts, a Karaoke sing-along machine, cocktail lounge, banquet rooms, and meeting rooms.

    Easter Seals – Teen Family Support

    Assisting pregnant and parenting teens in developing the skills needed for a healthy parent/child relationship. They offer home visits, Developmental Screenings and support groups, therapeutic services for a child with special needs, training and consultation to support the integration of a child with special needs into other child care settings.

    Educational classes and support groups for people and families with epilepsy. Open M – F, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P. M.
